150g Butter, soften

120g Brown sugar

80g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

300g Plain Flour

3 tsp Baking powder

2 tsp Ground ginger

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Stir in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and beat until combined.
  2. Sift plain flour, baking powder, ground ginger and cinnamon powder into a bowl. Add in the butter mixture bit by bit.
  3. Once the dough comes together, wrap with plastic wrap and rest it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or best overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll the dough to 5mm on a floured surface and cut it out with a gingerbread men cutter.
  5. Bake for 10 mins. Let it cool completely on a wire rack and decorate with royal icing.

150g Mentega, dilembutkan

120g Gula perang

80g Krimer Sejat CARNATION®

300g Tepung Gandum

3 sudu kecil Serbuk penaik

2 sudu kecil Serbuk Halia

1 sudu kecil Serbuk Kayu Manis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Pukulkan mentega dan gula perang hingga pucat. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan gaul sebati.
  2. Ayakkan tepung gandum, serbuk penaik, serbuk halia dan serbuk kayu manis dalam mangkuk. Masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam mentega tadi sedikit demi sedikit.
  3. Uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh. Balutkan dengan pembungkus plastic dan simpan di dalam peti sejut selama 3 jam ataupun semalaman.
  4. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180°C. Gelekkan doh sehingga ketebalan 5mm dan potongkan doh dengan acuan gingerbread men.
  5. Bakar selama 10 minit. Alihkan ke rak dawai untuk disejukkan dan hiaskan dengan aising.
