300g All-purpose flour
150g Brown sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 nos Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
60g Vegetable oil
120g Honey
150ml Farmhouse Chocolate Milk
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170℃.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and salt.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, vanilla extract, oil, honey and Farmhouse Chocolate Milk
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
- Evenly distribute the batter among 14 muffin cups. Bake for 15minutes.

150g Gula perang
1 sudu kecil Serbuk penaik
1 sudu kecil Serbuk halia
2 sudu kecil Serbuk kayu manis
1/4 sudu kecil Garam
2 biji Telur besar
1 sudu kecil Ekstrak vanila
60g Minyak sayuran
120g Madu
150ml Susu Coklat Farmhouse
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar hingga 170 ℃.
- Dalam mangkuk besar, satukan tepung, gula, serbuk penaik, serbuk kayu manis, serbuk halia dan garam.
- Dalam mangkuk lain, gabungkan telur, ekstrak vanila, minyak, madu dan Susu Coklat Farmhouse.
- Masukkan bahan basah ke dalam bahan kering dan gaul hingga sebati.
- Sebarkan adunan secara merata ke dalam 14 cawan muffin. Bakar selama 15 minit.
