Ingredients
400g Pumpkin, cut into short strips
4 tbsp Butter
4 nos Salted egg yolk, steamed and mashed
200ml Carnation® Evaporated Creamer
6 pcs Bird eye chili ,crushed
3 stalks Curry leaves
20g Cornflour (batter)
10g Custard powder (batter)
150g Plain flour (batter)
1 tsp Baking powder (batter)
30g Rice flour (batter)
250g Water (batter)
2 tsp Salt (seasoning)
1 tsp Sugar (seasoning)
1 tsp Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
Preparation
- Put batter ingredients into a mixing bowl and pour in water gradually to mix. Stir until smooth.
- Dip pumpkin pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
- Melt butter in a preheated wok. Add ingredients (A) and fry until aromatic
- Add in salted egg yolks and stir briskly. Pour in CARNATION. Evaporated Creamer and keep stirring.
- Add in seasoning and put the pumpkin pieces in.Toss well over high heat until well mixed. Dish out and serve immediately.

400g Labu, potong menjadi kepingan pendek
4 sudu besar Mentega
4 biji Kuning telur masin, kukus dan tumbuk
200ml Krimer Sejat Carnation
6 biji Cili padi, dihancur
3 batang Daun kari
20g Tepung jagung (adunan)
10g Serbuk kastard (adunan)
150g Tepung biasa (adunan)
1 sudu kecil Serbuk penaik (adunan)
30g Tepung beras (adunan)
250g Air (adunan)
2 sudu kecil Garam (perasa)
1 sudu kecil Gula (perasa)
1 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam (perasa)
Langkah-langkah
- Masukkan bahan adunan ke dalam mangkuk campuran dan tuangkan ke dalam air secara beransur-ansur untuk mencampurkan. Kacau hingga sebati.
- Celupkan kepingan labu ke dalam adunan dan goreng dalam minyak panas hingga garing dan keemasan.
- Cairkan mentega dalam kuali yang telah dipanaskan. Masukkan bahan (A) dan goreng hingga wangi
- Masukkan kuning telur masin dan kacau rata. Masuk Krimer Sejat Carnation dan terus kacau.
- Masukkan perasa dan masukkan potongan labu.Toskan dengan api yang tinggi hingga sebati. Hidangkan dan hidangkan segera.
