1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer (A)
3/4 can F&N High Calcium Sweetened Creamer (A)
750ml Water (A)
4 tsp Agar-agar powder (A)
A pinch Salt (A)
200g Cendol (A)
400g Gula melaka (B)
3 tsp Agar-agar powder (B)
1 L Water (B)
1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer (Pandan Sauce)
1/2 can F&N High Calcium Sweetened Creamer (Pandan Sauce)
400ml Pandan water (Pandan Sauce)
2 tbsp Custard powder (Pandan Sauce)
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients A, bring to a boil.
- Add cendol into a tray followed by ingredients A and let it cool.
- Bring ingredients B to a boil, then pour over cendol layer and let is set for a while and chill it for 2 hours.
- To prepare the sauce, simmer the all ingredients until thicken. Serve the Pandan sauce together with Cendol Pudding.

750ml Air (A)
4 tsp Serbuk agar-agar (A)
A pinch Garam (A)
200g Cendol (A)
400g Gula Melaka (B)
3 tsp Serbuk agar-agar (B)
1 L Air (B)
1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N (Sos Pandan)
1/2 tin Krimer Manis Kalsium Tinggi F&N (Sos Pandan)
400ml Air pandan (Sos Pandan)
2 tbsp Tepung kastard (Sos Pandan)
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan semua bahan A, didihkan.
- Masukkan cendol ke dalam dulang diikuti dengan bahan A dan biarkan sejuk.
- Didihkan bahan B , kemudian tuangkan ke atas lapisan cendol dan biarkan seketika dan menyejukkan selama 2 jam.
- Untuk menyediakan sos, renehkan semua bahan hingga pekat. Hidangkan sos Pandan bersama Cendol Pudding.
