15 sticks Chicken Satay
2 tbsp/ burger Satay peanut sauce
Condiments
5 tubes NONA Lemang
1 slice / burger Lecttuce
3 slices / burger Cucumber, sliced
3 rings /burger Onions, sliced
Preparation
- Remove the meat from the satay sticks and set aside.
- Cut the NONA Lemang into half, flatten the lemang into a 3-4 inches patty size. You will get 10 pieces of lemang patties.
- Pan fry the lemang patties with 3 tablespoons of oil until crispy golden
- To build up the burger, place the lemang patties on the bottom, follow by, lettuce, cucumber, chicken satay, onion and peanut sauce and lastly sandwich with another lemang patties, hold the burger shape with a toothpick.
- Repeat the steps for the rest of the patties
- Serve warm.

Langkah-langkah
- Keluarkan ayam dari lidi satay dan ketepikan.
- Belahkan separuh Lemang NONA, meratakan lemang menjadi kepingan 3-4 inci. Anda akan mendapat 10 keping lemang kepingan.
- Goreng kepingan lemang dengan 3 sudu besar minyak sehingga garing dan keemasan.
- Untuk membina burger, letakkan lemang di bahagian bawah, diikuti dengan daun salad, timun, satay ayam, sos kacang, bawang dan terakhir tutup dengan kepingan lemang, kekalkan bentuk burger dengan masukan lidi ke dalam burger.
- Ulangkan langkah dengan kepingan yang lebihi.
- Hidangkan segera.
