Ingredients

100g Desiccated coconut

100g Sugar

150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

200g F&N High Calcium Sweetened Creamer 

30g Butter/ Ghee

1 1/2 tsp Food colouring

40 pcs Candy wrapper

40 keping Pembalut gula-gula

Preparation

  1. Combine together all the ingredients listed. Cook and mix well on medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and coconut clumps together, about 30-40 minutes till it forms into dough.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared container. Level surface evenly. Press firmly with cling wrap. Set candy aside to cool.
  4. Cut candy to desire size once it’s cool and set.
  5. Wrap individual candy with candy wrapper and store in air tight jar.

100g Kelapa parut kering

100g Gula

150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N 

200 g Krimer Manis Kalsium Tinggi F&N 

30 g Mentega/ Minyak sapi

2 sudu kecil Esen vanilla

1 1/2 sudu kecil Pewarna makanan

Langkah-langkah

  1. Dengan api sederhana, panaskan non stick pan, satukan kesemua ramuan gula- gula kelapa.
  2. Masak selama 30-40 minit. Kacau adunan sehingga kering, menjadi doh dan tidak melekat pada kuali.
  3. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang dan tekan bagi rata dan padat.
  4. Bila sejuk, potong gula- gula dengan mengikut saiz di kehendaki.
  5. Balutlah dengan pembalut gula- gula dan simpan di dalam bekas kerap udara.
