1 tbsp Sweet Thai chili paste
2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Lime juice
¼ cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Dry Ingredient
15g Galangal
2-3 leaves Kaffir lime leaf
20g / 1 stalk Lemon Grass
5g / 1 stalk Bird eye chili
5g / 1 stalk Cilantro roots
120g Mushrooms
Fresh Ingredient

Prepartion
- Bring Water to boil in a medium pot, add in all the dry ingredients listed above
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add in all the seasoning ingredients listed above, bring to a boil and add in prawn and cook for 3 minutes.
- Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk give it a stir.
- Dish out.

Langkah-langkah
- Didihkan Air di dalam periuk sederhana, masukkan semua bahan kering.
