1g White pepper powder
10g Sugar
15g Salt
5 portions Rice vermicelli, cooked
1 tbsp /serving Spring onion, chopped
1 tsp /serving Fried shallot
150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Fried fish fillet
300g Fish fillet
100g Tapioca flour
To taste Salt & white pepper powder
Soup
2 nos Ikan bilis stock cubes
2L Water
140g Tomatoes, cut into 4 or 6
60g Pickled mustard, sliced
20g Ginger, sliced
10g Pickled plum, lightly mashed
Preparation
- To prepare fried fish, season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. Coat the fillet with tapioca flour and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- To prepare the soup, bring the water to boil. Add in all the ingredients and simmer for 15 mins.
- Add in pepper, salt and sugar.
- Remove from heat and swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk.
- To serve, place rice vermicelli, soup and fried fish in a bowl. Top with some spring onion and fried shallot.

1 st/ hidangan Bawang goreng
150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N
Ikan goreng
300g Ikan kepingan
100g Tepung ubi kayu
Secukup rasa Garam dan serbuk lada putih

2 biji Kiub stok Ikan bilis
2L Air
140g Tomato, dipotong suku
60g Sawi acar, dicincang
20g Halia, dipotong keping
10g Buah plum acar,dihancur
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk menyediakan ikan goreng, perapkan ikan dengan garam dan serbuk lada. Lapiskan kepingan ikan dengan tepung ubi kayu dan goreng sehingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.
- Untuk menyediakan sup, medidihkan air. Masukkan semua bahan sup, dan mendidihkan selama 15 minit.
- Masukkan serbuk lada, garam dan gula.
- Keluarkan dari api dan gaulkan dengan Susu Isian Sejat F&N
- Untuk menghidangkan, masukkan bihun, sup dan ikan goreng ke dalam setiap mangkuk. Masukkan dengan sedikit daun bawang dan bawang goreng.
