6 nos Chicken chop

10g Ginger, grated (Marination)

80g Soy sauce (Marination)

80g Honey (Marination)

3 nos Garlic, lightly bruised (Marination)

300g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (Marination)

As needed White sesame, toasted (Garnish)

As needed Spring onion, finely sliced (Garnish)

Prepartion

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a seal bag. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken chops into the bag and marinate for at least 3 hours or best overnight.
  3. Roast the marinated chicken in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for 25 mins.
  4. Garnish with some sesame and spring onion. Ready to serve.

10g Halia, diparut

80g Kicap

80g Madu

3 ulas Bawang putih, diketuk

300g Krimer Sejat CARNATION®

Secukupnya Bijan putih, dibakar

Secukupnya Daun bawang, dihiris

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkan bahan-bahan perapan ke dalam beg kedap udara. Gaul sebati.
  2. Masukkan paha ayam ke dalam beg yang sama untuk diperap selama 3 jam atau semalaman.
  3. Bakarkan paha ayam yang telah perap di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 175°C selama 25 minit
  4. Taburkan bijan putih dan daun bawang di atas ayam. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
