Ingredients
800g Minced Lamb /Chicken (Kebabs)
1 nos Red Onion, Grated (Kebabs)
5 cloves Garlic, paste (Kebabs)
4 cm Ginger, paste (Kebabs)
1/4 tsp Tumeric powder (Kebabs)
1 tsp Paprika/ Chili Powder (Kebabs)
100g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, mix in a bowl (Kebabs)
2 tbsp Lemon juice, mix in a bowl (Kebabs)
1-2 tbsp Oil (Kebabs)
100g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (Sauce)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (Sauce)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise (Sauce)
3 cloves Garlic, fine chopped (Sauce)
Preparation
- Mix every ingredient into a mixing bowl, let it sits over night.
- Grab a handful of the meat; shape it onto the lemongrass.
- Medium heat with oil in a pan, grill it until both side golden brown
- Serve it with Nasi Minyak Impian F&N
- To make the sauce, mix everything in a small bowl and stir well.
- Sauce is ready to serve with Koobideh Kebab

1 biji Bawang merah, diparut (Kebab)
5 ulas Bawang putih, pes (Kebab)
4 cm Halia, pes (Kebab)
1/4 sudu kecil Serbuk kunyit (Kebab)
1 sudu kecil Serbuk paprik/ cili (Kebab)
1-2 sudu besar Minyak masak (Kebab)
100g Susu Isian Sejat F&N, satukan terlebih dahulu (Kebab)
2 sudu besar Jus limau, satukan terlebih dahulu (Kebab)
100g Susu Isian Sejat F&N (Sos)
2 sudu besar Jus limau (Sos)
2 sudu besar Mayonaise (Sos)
3 ulas Bawang putih, dicincang halus (Sos)
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan semua ramuan kebab ke dalam mangkuk adunan, kemudian perapkan di dalam peti sejuk semalaman.
- Ambil segemgam daging kemudian kepalkan di batang serai.
- Dengan api yang sederhana, renjiskan sedikit minyak ke atas kuali pemanggang dan panggang kebab sehingga masak.
- Kebab sedia dihidangkan bersama Nasi Minyak Impian F&N.
- Untuk membuat sos, campurkan semua bahan sos ke dalam satu mangkuk dan kacau sebati.
- Sos sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama Kebab Koobideh.
