650g Butter

520g Malt drink powder

315g Plain flour

388g CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer

390g Coconut jam (Kaya)

100g Sugar

10nos Eggs

3 tsp Green coloring

Preparation

  1. Lightly grease two pieces of 7 inches square baking trays. Line a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of each baking tray.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, coconut jam, green colouring and eggs. Beat until well combined. Sift in the plain flour and malt drink powder to the batter, mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter into 2 equal portions. Transfer the batter into the baking trays.
  5. Steam for 90 minutes until a skewer insert in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before cut and serve.

3 sudu besar Pewarna hijau

Langkah-langkah

  1. Sapukan minyak pada dua segiempat dulang bersaiz 7inci. Lapikkan kertas minyak dalam dulang.
  2. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga gebu.
  3. Tambahkan Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®, kaya, pewarna hijau dan telur. Pukul sebati. Tepung gandum dan serbuk malt asli diayakkan ke dalam adunan, gaul sebati.
  4. Bahagikan adunan kepada dua bahagian. Masukkan adunan ke dalam dulang masing-masing.
  5. Kukus selama 90 minit. Masukkan lidi untuk menentukan kek sudah masak.
  6. Sejukkan kek dan sedia dinikmati.
