Ingredients

400g Elbow macaroni pasta, boiled

200g Chicken slices, cut cubes

50g Butter

20g All-purpose flour

500ml Magnolia Fresh Milk

3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

To taste Salt & black pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the ham in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook butter and flour over medium heat for 2 mins.
  3. Slowly add in Magnolia Pasteurized Milk while stirring to combine. Add in cheese and stir until combine.
  4. Add in pasta and ham. Mix well and season to taste.

Bahan-bahan

400g Pasta siku macaroni

200g Hirisan ayam, kuibkan

50g Mentagah

20g Tepung gandum

500ml Susu Segar Magnolia

3 cawan Keju cheddar, di cincang

Secukupnya Garam & lada hitam

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masak hiisan ayam dalam kuali hingga kekuningan. Mengetepikan.
  2. Dalam kuali yang sama, masak mentega dan tepung dengan api sederhana selama 2 minit.
  3. Masukkan Susu Segar Magnolia perlahan-lahan sambil dikacau sehingga sebati. Masukkan keju dan kacau sehingga sebati
  4. Masukkan pasta dan hirisan ayam. Gaulkan rata dan perasakan secukupnya.
