Ingredients
6 pcs Frozen Roti Canai/Prata, fully thaw in room temperature
300g Mince beef
2 nos Onions chopped finely
3 cloves Garlic, chopped finely
4 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 no Onion, sliced thinly
6 nos Eggs
1/2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Prepartion
- Stir fried onion, garlic. Then add in beef, curry powder, salt and sugar. Stir fried until beef aromatic and dry
- Mix all the meat with sliced onion, eggs and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
- Flatten the roti with a rolling pin.
- Heat up a big pan with some oil, place the flatten roti into frying pan, scoop ¼ cup full of the murtabak mixture onto the middle of the roti. Fold and seal the filling into a square shape. Fried the murtabak each side for 3 minutes.
- Dish out and continue with the rest. Serve together with curry chicken.
Bahan-bahan
6 keping Roti Canai/Prata sejuk beku, yang sudah berada dalam suhu bilik
300g Daging kisar
2 biji Bawang besar dicincang halus
3 ulas Bawang putih dicincang halus
4 sudu besar Serbuk kari
1/2 sudu kecil Garam
1 sudu kecil Gula
1 bihji Bawang dihiris halus
6 biji Telur
1/2 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
Langkah-langkah
- Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih. Masukkan daging, serbuk kari, garam dan gula. Masak hingga daging naik bau dan kering.
- Gaulkan daging kisar bersama bawang besar, telur dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N.
- Ratakan roti dengan penggelek.
- Panaskan kuali besar dengan sedikit minyak, letakkan roti yang telah di ratakan di atas kuali, kemudian, masukkan ¼ cawan penuh bahan-bahan murtabak di bahagian tengah roti. Lipat dan tutup inti murtabak hingga membentuk segi empat. 5. Goreng kedua-dua belah murtabak selama 3 minit
- Angkat dan ulang langkah yang sama dengan bahan selebihnya. Hidang bersama kari ayam.
