Ingredients

500g Mutton, cut cube

800ml Water

4 tbsp Cooking oil

1 tbsp Ginger paste

1 tbsp Garlic paste

300g Tomato, cut cubes

30g Meat curry powder

20g Chili powder

2 pieces Potatoes, cut cubes

1 tsp Salt

1/2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

1 pc Medium onion, sliced

1 inch Cinnamon stick

2 pcs Cloves

2 pcs Cardamoms

1 stalk Curry leaves

Preparation

  1. Pressure cook the mutton with water, cook for 30 minutes. Set aside and reserve the stocks from mutton
  2. In another pot, add in oil and all the spices, stir fry until fragrant. Add in ginger, garlic paste, cook until oil separate from the paste. Add in curry and chilli powder, mix well.
  3. Add in tomatoes, let it cook for 3 minutes. Add in mutton, stocks, salt and potatoes. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes, add in water if needed.
  4. Swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and bring it to a boil.
  5. Dish out and serve

Bahan-bahan

500g Daging kambing, potong kube

800ml Air

4 sudu besar Minyak masak

1 sudu besar Pes halia

1 sudu besar Pes bawang putih

300g Tomato, potong kube

30g Serbuk kari daging

20g Serbuk cili

2 biji Kentang, potong kube

1 sudu kecil Garam

½ tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N 

Rempah

1 biji Bawang merah, dicincang

2 inci Kayu manis

2 biji Cengkih

2 biji Buah pelaga

1 tangkai Daun kari

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masak daging dan air degan periuk tekanan. Masak selama 30 minit. Ketepikan dan simpan stok daging.
  2. Dalam periuk lain, masukkan minyak dan rempah, tumis sehingga wangi. Masukkan pes halia dan bawang putih ,masak sehingga minyak berpisah dari pes. Masukkan serbuk kari dan cili, gaul rata.
  3. Masukkan tomato, biarkan masak selama 3 minit. Masukkan daging kambing, stok, garam dan kentang. Biarkan mendidih selama 30 minit, masukkan air jika diperlukan.
  4. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan masak sehingga mendidih.
  5. Hidangkan segera
