Ingredients
1kg Lamb leg, cut chunks with bones
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Funnel powder
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste
2 nos Red onion, sliced
2 tbsp Tomato paste
2 pcs Green chillies
1 tsp Clove
2 nos Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Black pepper
1 pcs Dried lemon/lime(optional)
1 cup Water
3 cup Rice
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tin F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Preparation
- Marinate the lamb with all the dried spice for 1 hour
- Heat a big pot, brown the marinated lamb with oil, then add in all the all the spices, stir fried until aromatics. Add in water and let it simmer for 30 mins – 1 hour.
- Once the lamb become tender, add in the rice, salt and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, give it a stir. Let it cook for another 10-20 minute in low fire. Dish out and serve immediately.

1kg Kambing yang dipotong bersama tulang
1 sudu besar Serbuk kunyit
2 sudu kecil Serbuk jintan manis
2 sudu kecil Serbuk Jintan putih
2 sudu kecil Serbuk ketumbar
1 sudu kecil Garam
1/4 cawan Minyak sayur
2 sudu besar Pes bawang putih dan halia
2 biji Bawang merah, dicincang
2 sudu besar Pes tomato
2 batang Cili hijau
1 sudu kecil Cengkih
2 batang Kulit kayu manis
3 keping Daun salam
1 sudu kecil Buah pelaga
1 sudu kecil Lada hitam
1 biji Lemon/limau kering (pilihan)
6 cawan Air
3 cawan Beras
1 sudu kecil Garam
Langkah-langkah
- Perap kambing bersama rempah kering selama 1 jam.
- Panaskan periuk besar, masak daging yang telah diperap hingga kekuningan, masukkan kesemua rempah, tumis sehingga naik bau. Tambahkan air dan renehkan selama 30 minit – 1 jam.
- Bila kambing sudah empuk, masukkan beras, garam dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N kedalam periuk dan kacaukan. Biarkan masak selama 10-20 minit dengan api yang perlahan. Angkat dan hidang.
