Ingredients
1kg Lamb with bones
1/2 tsp Salt (Marination)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (Marination)
4 tbsp Oil (Marination)
1/2 no Yellow onion, dice finely
1/2 no Garlic rough, chopped
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 pcs Bay leaf
500ml Water
1 pcs Beef stock cube
100g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Preparation
- Marinate the lamb with salt, pepper and oil
- To prepare the brown sauce, melt the butter, add in onion and garlic, sauté until aromatic, add in flour cook until flour turn brown colour.
- Add in water, stock cube, rosemary, bay leaf and pepper, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk. Once boiled, set aside
- Grill the ½ portion of the lamb on a pan, until both side golden brown, scoop about 4 tbsp spoon of brown sauce into the pan and cook together with the lamb. Dish out, and repeat another ½ portion.
- Scoop a handful of the brown sauce and drizzle over the lamb, serve.
Bahan-bahan
1kg kambing tanpa tulang
1/2 sudu kecil Garam (Perapan)
1/2 sudu kecil Lada hitam (Perapan)
4 sudu besar Minyak (Perapan)
1/2 biji Bawang besar dipotong dadu
1/2 biji Bawang putih yang dipotong
1 sudu besar Mentega
1 sudu besar Tepung gandum
1/2 sudu kecil Daun rosemary kering
1/2 sudu besar Lada hitam
1 keping Daun salam
500ml Air
1 ketul Kiub stok daging
100g Susu Isian Sejat F&N
Langkah-langkah
- Perap kambing dengan garam, lada hitam dan minyak
- Untuk menyediakan sos perang, cairkan mentega, masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih, tumiskan hingga wangi. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum dan masak sehingga kekuningan.
- Tambahkan air, kiub stok daging, daun rosemary kering, daun salam, lada hitam, dan masak selama 10 minit. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Biarkan sementara selepas mendidih.
- Bakar ½ bahagian kambing di dalam kuali dan masak kedua-dua belah sehingga menjadi kuning keemasan. Letakkan 4 sudu besar sos perang ke dalam kuali dan masak bersama kambing. Angkat bila sudah masak dan ulang langkah yang sama untuk ½ bahagian lagi.
- Curahkan sos perang selebihnya diatas kambing bakar. Sedia untuk dihidang.
