100-200g Sweet leaf
100g Pumpkin, peel and cubed
1 pc Bird eye chili, chopped
3 pcs Shallots, slices
3 tbsp Anchovies, halved and crushed
½ cube Anchovies stock cube
200ml Water
1 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Preparation
- In a pot with medium fire, add in cooking oil. Stir fry anchovies, shallots, and bird eye chili until fragrant. Add in water, anchovies stock cube and pumpkin. Bring to a boil and simmer.
- Once the pumpkin is soft, add in the sweet leaf and season with salt and sugar.
- Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, bring to a boil and dish out.

100g Sayur manis
100g Labu, kulit dikupas dan potong kiub
1 biji Cili padi,dicincang
3 biji Bawang kecil, dihiris
3 sudu besar Ikan bilis, kupas separuh dan dihancurkan
½ kiub Kiub stok ikan bilis
200ml Air
1 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
2 sudu bessar Minyak masak
1/2 sudu kecil Garam
½ sudu kecil Gula
Langkah-langkah
- Sediakan periuk dengan api sederhana, masukkan minyak. Tumiskan ikan bilis, bawang kecil, dan cili padi sehingga harum. Masukkan air, kiub stok ikan bilis dan labu. Biarkan Didihkan dan renehkan selepas mendidih.
- Setelah labu sudah lembut, masukkan sayur manis dan masukkan garam dan gula.
- Akhir sekali, Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan matikan api. Sedia untuk dihidang.
