Ingredients
6 tbsp CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
3 nos Eggs
Pinch Salt
Pinc Black pepper powder
1 pcs Chicken breast ,boiled and sliced (toppings)
2 inch Leek, thinly sliced (toppings)
1/2 pc Onion, sliced (toppings)
4 pcs Cherry tomato, chop quarterly (toppings)
2 rings Pineapple ring, cubed (toppings)
2 tbsp Hoi Sin sauce (toppings)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese (toppings)
1/4 pc Green bell pepper (toppings)
Preparation
- Beat all the eggs with CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, season with salt and pepper
- Sauté leek and onion with cooking oil until soft and translucent. Dish out, and set it aside
- Pour in the egg mixture, cook the egg until set. Spread the surface with Hoi Sin sauce, add with all the topping ,follow by mozzarella cheese, and garnish with green bell pepper
- Cover the frying pan with lid and cook until the mozzarella cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot

Secubit Serbuk lada hitam
1 ketul Dadar ayam, dimasak dan dihiris
2 inci Daun bawang, dihiris (bahan hiasan)
1/2 biji Bawang Merah (bahan hiasan)
4 biji Tomato ceri, dipotogn berempat (bahan hiasan)
2 keping Kepingan nanas (bahan hiasan)
2 sudu besar Sos Hoi Sin (bahan hiasan)
1 cawan Keju Mozzarella (bahan hiasan)
1/4 biji Lada loceng hijau (bahan hiasan)
Langkah-langkah
- Pukul telur dengan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® , masukkan garam dan lada.
- Tumis daun bawang dan bawang merah dengan minyak masak sehingga lembut dan lut. keluar dan ketepikan
- Masukkan campuran telur, goreng telur sehingga masak . sapukan permukaan dengan sos Hoi Sin, tambahkan dengan semua bahan-bahan hiasan , diikuti dengan keju mozzarella, dan taburkan dengan lada hijau
- Tutup kuali dengan penutup dan masak sehingga keju mozzarella cair.
- Potongkan baji dan hidangkan semasa panas
