150g F&N evaporated Fill Milk
50ml Water
2 pcs Pandan leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
250g Glutinous rice
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 pcs lemongrass, only the white part (Spices)
5 pcs dried chili, seeded (spices)
5 pcs fresh chilli, seeded (spices)
8 pcs red onions, rough chopped (spices)
4 cloves garlic (spices)
1/2 inch galangal (spices)
1 tbsp coriander powder (spices)
3 tbsp Oil
60g Dried shrimps, washed and dried
130g Fresh shredded coconut, lightly toast
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Gula Melaka,finely chopped
10 pcs Banana Leaves, washed and cut 6x6 inch
Preparation
- Simmer F&N Evaporated Milk, water, pandan, salt and sugar for 5 minutes. Steam the glutinous rice for 15 mins.
- Pour in the milk mixture and oil, mix troughoutly and continue steam for 15 mins. Set aside
- For the filling, blend all the spices. Stir fried all the ingredients with oil in a pan. Dish out and let it cools completely.
- Lay a pieces of banana leaf on a flat surface, spread the glutinous rice 4x3 inch rectangle, and insert the 1 tsp of the filling in the middle, wrap it tightly into a log shape and secure the end with a toothpick.
- Repeat the step for the rest of the banana leaves
- Grill it over charcoal or grill, until the banana leave turn brown. Dish out, and serve

150g Susu Sejat Isian F&N
50ml Air
2 helai Daun Pandan
1 sudu besar Gula
250g Beras Pulut
2 sudu besar Minyak
1 batang Serai, hanya bahagian putih (rempah)
5 keping Cili kering kering yang telah dibuang biji (rempah)
5 batang Cili yang telah dibuang biji (rempah)
8 biji Bawang merah yang dipotong (rempah)
4 ulas Bawang putihv (rempah)
1/2 inci Lengkuas (rempah)
1 sudu besar Serbuk daun ketumbar (rempah)
3 sudu besar Minyak
60g Udang kering yang telah dibasuh dan dikeringka
130g Kelapa parut segar, disangai
1 sudu kecil Garam
2 sudu besar Gula melaka, dipotong
10 helai Daun pisang, dicuci dan dipotong 6x6 inci
Langkah-langkah
- Renehkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, air, pandan, garam and gula selama 5 minit. Kukus beras pulut selama 15 minit.
- Masukkan adunan susu dah minyak dan kacau sehingga sebati. Kukus lagi selama 15 minit dan biarkan sementara.
- Untuk membuat inti, kisar kesemua rempah. Kemudian tumiskan semua bahan bersama minyak didalam kuali. Angkat dan biarkan sejuk sepenuhnya.
- Letakkan sehelai daun pisang di permukaan yang rata. Letakkan pulut mengikut ukuran segi empat (4x3) kemudian letakkan 1 sudu kecil inti ditengah dan bungkus dengan kemas. Letakkan pencungkil gigi di bahagian hujung.
- Ulang langkah 4. sama untuk daun pisang selebihnya
- Bakar diatas dapur arang atau dapur biasa sehingga daun pisang bertukar menjadi kuning. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidang.
