Chicken Marination
4 pcsChicken wingette
4 pcsChicken drumette
½ tspSalt
½ tspBlack pepper powder
Batter
70g Flour
30g Rice Flour
180g Water
Sauce
100g F&N Rut B Cordial
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
5g Ginger (minced)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black pepper powder
½ tsp Lemon Juice
As needed White sesame
Methods
- Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl, stir until no lump.
- Coat the chicken with batter. Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- To make sauce, combine the ingredients in pan, heat over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickened.
- Add the fried chicken into the sauce, toss well. Sprinkle some white sesame on top. Serve immediately!

30g Tepung beras
180g Air
Sos
100g Kordial Rut B F&N
2 ulas Bawang putih (cincang)
5g Halia (cincang)
½ sudu kecil Garam
½ sudu kecil Serbuk Lada Hitam
½ sudu kecil Jus lemon
As needed Bijan putih
Cara Penyediaan
- Perapkan ayam dengan garam dan serbuk lada hitam selama 30 minit.
- Campurkan bahan-bahan untuk adunan ke dalam mangkuk, kacau sampai tiada berketul.
- Salut ayam dengan adunan. Goreng sehingga perang keemasan. Ketepikan.
- Untuk membuat sos, masukkan bahan-bahan dalam kuali, panaskan dengan api sederhana. Masak selama 3 hingga 5 minit sehingga sos pekat.
- Masukkan ayam goreng ke dalam sos, gaul rata. Taburkan bijan putih di atasnya. Hidangkan segera!
