Preparation

  1. Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt and pepper .
  2. Melt 10g of butter in a fry pan and fry the salmon cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add in onion and mushroom slices, saute until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add the remaining butter into a single handle pot, sprinkle the flour and mix well.
  5. Pour in chicken stock , Magnolia Full Cream Milk ,mushroom ,onion and broccoli ,bring to boil. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add in the salmon. Boil and leave to simmer for 3-4 minutes while occasionally stirring.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, serve!

  1. Potong salmon menjadi kiub, perap dengan garam dan lada.
  2. Cairkan 10g mentega dalam kuali dan goreng kiub salmon hingga kekuningan. Keluarkan dan ketepikan.
  3. Masukkan bawang dan cendawan, tumis hingga wangi. Keluarkan dan ketepikan.
  4. Masukkan baki mentega ke dalam periuk, taburkan tepung dan gaul rata.
  5. Tuangkan stok ayam, Susu Krim Penuh Magnolia, cendawan, bawang dan brokoli, didihkan. Biarkan mendidih selama 4-5 minit.
  6. Masukkan salmon. Rebus dan biarkan mendidih selama 3-4 minit sambil sesekali kacau.
  7. Perasa dengan garam dan lada, hidangkan!
