Ingredients

200g Oyster mushrooms

200g Flour

1 tsp White pepper powder

1 tsp Salt

2 nos Eggs, lightly beaten

As needed Cooking oil for deep frying

40g Butter (sauce)

1 stalk Curry leaves (sauce)

1 no Bird eye chili, thinly sliced (sauce)

2 nos Salted egg yolk, steamed and mashed (sauce)

100g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (sauce) 

1 tbsp Sugar (sauce)

1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder (sauce)

Prepartion

  1. Mix the flour, white pepper powder and salt together. Coat the oyster mushrooms with beaten eggs following by flour mixture. Deep fried the mushrooms until golden brown and set aside.
  2. In another pan, stir fry butter, curry leaves & bird eye chili until fragrant. Add in salted egg yolk, stir constantly until foamy.
  3. Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, sugar & chicken stock powder and cook until thickened. Stir and coat the mushrooms in the salted egg yolk sauce. Ready to serve.

Bahan-bahan

200g Cendawan tiram

200g Tepung gandum

1 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih

1 sudu kecil Garam

2 biji Telur

Secukupnya Minyak masak, untuk goreng

40g Mentega (sos)

1 batang Daun kari (sos)

1 keping Cili padi, dihiris (sos)

2 biji Kuning telur masin , dikukus & dihancur (sos)

100g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (sos)

1 sudu besar Gula pasir (sos)

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam (sos)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkan tepung, serbuk lada, dan garam. Celupkan cendawan dengan telur dan salutkan dengan campuran tepung. Gorengkan cendawan sampai garing, diketepikan.
  2. Sedia periuk yang lain, masak mentega, daun kari & cili padi sehingga wangi. Masukkan telur masin dan terus mengacau sehingga berbuih.
  3. Tambahkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, gula dan serbuk stok ayam, masak sehingga pekat. Masukkan cendawan & kacau sehingga cendawan disalut sehigga sebati. Sedia dihidang.
