4 pcs River prawns, slice half
4 pcs Yee mee
90g Cooking oil
2 tsp Sesame oil
6 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 no Shallot, sliced
30g Young ginger, sliced
3 stalks Spring onion, rouggh cut
1.2 L Water
1/2 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
4 nos Gai lan
1/2 stick Carrot, sliced
4 tbsp Corn starch with water
2 tbsp Oyster sauce (seasoning)
2 tbsp Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
2 tsp Sugar (seasoning)
2 tsp Soy sauce (seasoning)
2 tsp White pepper powder (seasoning)
1 no egg, lightly beaten
Prepartion
- Heat up pot with oil, fry the prawns for 2 mins. Dish out and reserve the oil.
- Sauté spring onion, young ginger, shallots, garlic & sesame oil until fragrant. Add in gai lan, carrot and water, bring it to a boil.
- Add in all the seasonings & constantly stirring the gravy. While stirring, slowly pour in beaten egg and add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer. Add the prawns into the gravy and cook for 3 mins.
- Pour the gravy over the yee mee on a plate & ready to serve.

6 ulas Bawang putih, dihiris
1 biji Bawang kecil, dihiris
3 batang Daun bawang, dipotong kasar
1.2 L Air
1/2 tin Krimer Sejat CARNATION®
4 batang Gai lan
1/2 batang Lobak merah, dihiris
1 biji Telur, dikacau
4 sudu besar Serbuk jagung, campur dengan air
2 sudu besar Sos tiram (perisa)
2 sudu besar Serbuk stok ayam (perisa)
2 sudu kecil Gula pasir (perisa)
2 sudu kecil Kicap masin (perisa)
2 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih (perisa)
30g Halia muda, dihiris
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan periuk besar dengan minyak, gorengkan udang selama 2 minit. Keluarkan udang dan biarkan minyak.
- Gorengkan daun bawang, halia muda, bawang kecil, bawang putih & minyak bijan sehingga wangi. Masukkan gai lan, lobak & air, masak sehingga mendidih.
- Tambahkan perisa dan kacau. Tuangkan telur dan masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dengan perlahan ke dalam kuah. Masukkan udang dan biarkan masak selama 3 minit.
- Tuangkan kuah di atas yee mee yang telah disediakan & sedia dinikmati.
