Ingredients
1kg Boneless Chicken, cut into short strips
200g F&N Evaporated Creamer
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Cumin powder
2 tbsp Fennel seed powder
3 tbsp Coriander seed powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
5 cloves Garlics (Blend into paste)
4 cm Ginger (Blend into paste)
3 cm Galangal (Blend into paste)
3 cm Turmeric (Blend into paste)
4 nos Lemongrass (Blend into paste)
Prepartion
- Mix all Ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken in the chiller for at least 3 hours or overnight for the best result.
- Heat up some oil in a pan and stir fry the satay meat together with some marinates until golden brown or slightly char.
- Serve on a plate with some rice and your favorite peanut sauce.

8 biji Bawang merah (dikisar menjadi pes)
5 ulas Bawang putih (dikisar menjadi pes)
4cm Halia (dikisar menjadi pes)
3cm Lengkuas (dikisar menjadi pes)
3cm Kunyit (dikisar menjadi pes)
4 batang Serai (dikisar menjadi pes)
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk, kemudian perap ayam dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 3 jam atau semalaman untuk hasil lebih baik.
- Panaskan minyak dan masak daging satay yang telah di perap sehingga kuning keemasan.
- Hidangkan bersama nasi dan kuah kacang kegemaran anda.
