Ingredients

1 no (800g - 1kg) Tilapia fish (inners removed and descaled)

100g Potato starch

Sauce

100g  Ketchup

20g Vinegar

45g Sugar

A pinch  Salt

50ml Water

50g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

30g Cucumber (cubed)

50g Pineapple (cubed)

30g Capsicum (cubed)

30g Red onion (cubed)

Methods

  1. Coat the fish evenly with potato starch. Shake the fish to remove the excess potato starch.
  2. Heat oil to 180°C in a wok, deep dry the fish until golden brown.
  3. To make sauce, combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and water in a pot. Bring to boil.
  4. Add in cucumber, pineapple, capsicum, and onion. Mix well.
  5. Turn off the heat, stir in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer.
  6. Drizzle the sauce on the fried fish. Serve.
