250ml Water (Green Layer)
5 nos Pandan leaves (Green Layer)
1L Water (Green Layer)
125g Rice flour (Green Layer)
125g Sugar (Green Layer)
1/2 tsp Salt (Green Layer)
5 tbsp Rice flour (White Layer)
3 tbsp Potato starch (White Layer)
650ml Water (White Layer)
1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer (White Layer)
1/2 tsp Salt
12 nos Plastic Cup / Pandan Leaves
Preparation
- Blend pandan with 250ml of water, strain it reserve the liquid, mix with all the remaining ingredients. Cook it in a pot, until thickens
- Scoop and fill the plastic 50% full.
- Mix all the white layer ingredient in a pot, boil it until thickens, and scoop and top until ¾ full
- Set aside and let it cool complete before serving

1L Air (Lapisan Hijau)
125g Tepung beras (Lapisan Hijau)
125g Gula (Lapisan Hijau)
1/2 sudu kecil Garam (Lapisan Hijau)
5 sudu besar Tepung beras (Lapisan Putih)
3 sudu besar Kanji ubi kentang (Lapisan Putih)
650ml Air (Lapisan Putih)
1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N (Lapisan Putih)
1/2 sudu kecil Garam (Lapisan Putih)
12 x Cawan plastik kecil / Daun Pandan
Langkah-langkah
- Kisar daun pandan bersama 250ml air dan tapis untuk mendapatkan air pandan. Campurkan air pandan bersama adunan lapisan hijau dan masak di dalam periuk sehingga pekat.
- Masukkan ke dalam cawan plastik hingga separuh penuh.
- Campurkan kesemua bahan lapisan putih di dalam periuk. Didihkan sehingga menjadi pekat dan masukkan kedalam cawan plastik tadi sehingga penuh.
